Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Operations Manager located in Mumbai. The Franchise Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of franchise locations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and goals. Responsibilities include managing franchising processes, supporting franchisees to achieve business objectives, developing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing profitability through effective business planning. Collaborating with franchise owners and teams to resolve operational challenges is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchising and Operations Management of Salons, with the ability to oversee and support franchise partners
• Strong skills in Business Planning and P&L Management to ensure financial health and operational efficiency
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and implementing data-driven solutions
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with franchisees and teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry is advantageous
• Ability to travel to franchise locations as necessary
