The Franchise Head will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the franchise network for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The role focuses on driving business growth, ensuring productivity of franchise partners, and maintaining compliance and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Development & Expansion: Identify, onboard, and expand franchise partners across target geographies.
- Business Growth & Revenue: Drive HL & LAP business to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Franchise Management & Productivity: Manage partner relationships and ensure consistent franchise performance and productivity.
- Training & Enablement: Train and equip franchise partners on products, processes, and compliance standards.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to support business growth and improvements.
Requirements
- 816 years of experience in Operations, Franchise Management, or Business Development roles.
- Strong expertise in Business Development and Strategic Analysis.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
