Job Description Position : Franchise Manager

Reporting to: Promoter

Educational Qualification:- BMS/ MBA/ PGDM in Marketing, Retail or Operations

Work experience (in years) :- 4+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the retail franchise network, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, customer experience, and operational excellence across all franchise stores. • Own and drive franchise performance by tracking sales, profitability, KPIs, and compliance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to meet business targets. • Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, building strong relationships, resolving operational issues, and enabling partners to scale their business profitably. • Support franchise expansion and onboarding by coordinating store launches, partner training, SOP implementation, and go-live readiness across new locations. • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, pricing policies, and customer service benchmarks across the franchise network. • Drive sales improvement initiatives including local marketing support, staff training, product visibility, and execution of company-led promotional campaigns. • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to identify gaps, share best practices, and improve operational efficiency. • Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure timely stock availability, accurate billing, smooth settlements, and effective promotions. • Prepare and present periodic MIS, performance dashboards, and action plans to senior management for informed decision-making.

Key Skills/Experience

• Strong franchise and multi-store retail operations management experience • Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and store-level KPIs • Excellent stakeholder and franchise partner management skills • Clear and effective communication and negotiation abilities • Strong problem-solving and decision-making mindset • Experience in SOP implementation, audits, and brand compliance • Understanding of retail KPIs: sales, margins, inventory, productivity • Ability to analyze MIS and take corrective actions • Leadership and coaching skills for store and franchise teams • Hands-on experience with store visits, performance reviews, and audits • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic retail systems (POS / ERP) • Customer-centric approach to service and experience
