Role Overview:
Blu Diamonds is looking for a Business Development professional with strong experience in the diamond/jewellery industry to drive franchise expansion, retail growth, franchise acquisition, and B2B sales. The role focuses on expanding retail presence and building strategic partnerships within the diamond jewellery ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive Franchisee Development & Acquisition for Blu Diamonds retail stores
· Identify potential franchise partners within the diamond/jewellery market
· Expand brand presence through retail growth initiatives
· Develop and manage B2B relationships with jewellers, diamond traders, and retailers
· Generate leads through industry networking, exhibitions, and references
· Conduct market mapping for new store locations and expansion opportunities
· Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding and store launch coordination
· Negotiate commercial terms and finalize franchise agreements
· Track franchise performance and support business growth strategies
· Maintain sales pipeline, MIS, and expansion reports
Key Requirements:
· Must have experience in Diamond Jewellery Industry
· Proven track record in Franchise Development / Franchise Acquisition
· Experience in Retail Expansion & B2B Sales within jewellery/diamond segment
· Strong network with Jewellers, Retailers, and Diamond Traders
· Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
· Willingness to travel for partner meetings and market visits
