Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Franchise Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Gurugram. The Franchise Manager will oversee daily franchise operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and foster relationships with franchise partners. Responsibilities include managing communication between the corporate office and franchisees, identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies for franchise expansion, and providing operational support and training to franchisees. Additional tasks include analyzing performance metrics, addressing challenges, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of franchise operations and business management
• Experience in business development and franchise network expansion
• Proficiency in relationship management and effective communication skills
• Strategic planning, performance analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of the Gold buying and Gold loan industries is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and in on-site environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
