Franchise Manager / Channel partner
Identifying and prospecting potential franchisees through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Presenting the franchise opportunity to prospective partners, highlighting the benefits and potential for success.
Negotiating franchise agreements and closing deals with qualified candidates.
Area Of Responsibility
- Acquisition of New Business Partner of Share Khan Limited
- Handholding & Training of new Business Partner
- Signage, Mandatory poster, logger, etc installation at BP outlet
Primary Responsibility
- New Franchisee acquisition
- Presence of Share khan in all major districts of Bihar
- Share khan Software training
- Preparation of Prospect List with the help of BP
- Training BP & their employee for client acquisition/app demo etc
- Signage, Mandatory poster, logger, etc installation at BP outlet
- LMS calling & Sending MIS on daily basis
- Monthly Report
Additional Responsibility
- Inauguration of BP with his clients
- Monthly Report & Daily MIS
- Partners & their staff training on Investments, Trading, Trade Tiger. etc
- Liaoning with other departments to quickly resolve HNI client/BP queries.
Knowledge of the Broking Industry.
- Sales and Business Development
- Negotiation and Closing Skills
- Equity / MF Knowledge.

SALARY & PACKAGE
Salary from 25000 to 35000 + Performance incentive
