Role Description

The Franchise Development Manager will play a vital role in supporting the expansion of MYBAE's franchise network. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting franchise sales, developing business plans, identifying and generating leads, and managing the onboarding and training of franchise partners. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, requiring strong interpersonal and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Lead Generation
• Experience in Training and onboarding franchise partners
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proven experience in franchise development or business expansion roles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals

Experience: Min 3 Years.

Salary: 40-50K in hand Per Month.

Base Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
