Role Description
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners across assigned territories.
- Present the GoodIncome franchise model, investment structure, ROI, and growth potential.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective franchisees.
- Manage the complete franchise lifecyclefrom inquiry to agreement signing and onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise setup, training, marketing, and operational support.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide ongoing guidance for growth and compliance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, pipeline status, and onboarded franchise partners.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to refine expansion strategies.
Requirements:- 36 years of experience in franchise development, channel sales, or business expansion.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value business partnerships.
- Knowledge of franchise operations, retail, or marketplace models preferred.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
