Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing franchise opportunities, managing the franchise sales process, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include developing business plans, providing training to franchisees, and ensuring the growth and sustainability of franchise operations in alignment with the brand's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with a strong understanding of franchise models
• Expertise in Business Planning and development, as well as strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and nurturing potential franchise partnerships
• Strong skills in providing training and support to franchisees
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and align operations with the vision and mission of the brand
• Previous experience in the beauty, salon, or lifestyle industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
