Go Speedy Go is an emerging automobile service platform focused on building a nationwide network of franchise-based service centers providing vehicle servicing, spare parts, tyres, batteries, and roadside assistance. The company is rapidly expanding and aims to build a large franchise ecosystem across India.
Role Overview
The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners for Go Speedy Go. This role requires strong sales capability, networking skills, and the ability to travel extensively to build the franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Expansion
Identify and recruit potential franchise partners across assigned territories
Conduct franchise presentations and explain the Go Speedy Go business model
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets
Lead Generation
Generate leads through field visits, business networks, digital platforms, and events
Build relationships with entrepreneurs, automobile workshop owners, and investors
Franchise Onboarding
Guide potential franchise partners through the application and onboarding process
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and agreement execution
Market Development
Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for franchise expansion
Build strong local networks with automobile dealers, spare parts distributors, and service providers
Franchise Support
Assist new franchise partners in initial setup and launch
Ensure franchise partners follow brand guidelines and operational standards
Reporting
Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and pipeline
Provide regular updates to management on franchise growth and market insights
Required Skills

Eligibility
Graduate / MBA preferred
25 years experience in franchise development, sales, business development, or automobile industry
Experience in franchise or dealership sales is an added advantage
