Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Franchise Development Manager / Executive to spearhead our national franchise expansion.
The role involves identifying, approaching, and onboarding capable industrialists and investors ready to establish plasma furnace facilities under our collaboration program.
This is not a traditional sales role it is a strategic industrial development opportunity that combines investment facilitation, partnership building, and project expansion at a national scale.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with serious investors, entrepreneurs, and industrial partners across India for plasma furnace projects.
Present and explain the business model, investment plan, and ROI potential, supported by technical and financial insights.
Negotiate franchise agreements, finalize terms, and oversee partner onboarding.
Work closely with internal teams technical, engineering, and legal to ensure smooth project setup and execution.
Represent the company at industrial conferences, expos, and investor meetings.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with franchise partners for sustainable growth.
Drive regional and national expansion in line with company strategy and targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
715 years of experience in franchise development, channel expansion, industrial project sales, or investment facilitation.
Proven experience in handling large-ticket industrial or B2B investments (510 crore+).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, and comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Willingness to travel across India for meetings and presentations.
