Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Development Manager to lead the expansion and operational excellence of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting new franchise partners, supporting existing franchises, ensuring brand consistency, and driving growth through effective training, operations, and marketing strategies.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services in local and regional markets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day franchise operations
- Design and deliver training programs for new franchisees, employees, and managers
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit prospective franchisees based on financial capability, business experience, and personal suitability
- Conduct interviews and review franchise applications to assess eligibility and alignment with brand standards
- Oversee franchise operations by guiding staff, supporting operational decisions, and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain optimal stock
- Review financial statements, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Negotiate leases, vendor contracts, and agreements with landlords and third-party partners
- Ensure all franchise locations comply with company standards for cleanliness, appearance, employee conduct, and operating procedures
- Plan and execute promotional initiatives for new products and services to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
Requirements & Qualifications- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 23 years of experience in franchise management, sales, or a similar role
- Proven experience in budget development and financial management
- Strong background in market research and business analysis
- Working knowledge of franchising laws and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with relevant business and franchise management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
