Franchise Clinic Doctor - BAMS/MD

This role at JIVA AYURVEDA is for a Franchise Clinic Doctor who will be responsible for handling general OPDs and IPDs, as well as video and tele consultations. You'll focus on improving patient outcomes, particularly for non-relief cases, by ensuring all consultations meet defined quality SOPs. This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with Dr. Partap Chauhan's core technical team and explore new avenues within Ayurveda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Consultations: Handle general OPDs and IPDs, in addition to video and tele consultations.
  • Relief Focus: Prioritize handling non-relief cases to increase patient relief.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of consultations provided to patients aligns with defined SOPs.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as designated by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in core Ayurveda practices.
  • Must have good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Must be confident in giving quality consultations.
