Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Franchise Manager at Botlif Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. The Franchise Manager will oversee and manage franchise operations, ensuring that franchisees comply with company standards and objectives. Responsibilities include supporting franchisees with business planning, addressing operational challenges, driving sales and revenue growth, and developing strategies to maximize franchise performance. Additionally, the Franchise Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with franchise owners and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in franchise management, business development, and operational oversight
- Strong skills in relationship management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution with franchisees
- Proficiency in sales planning, market analysis, and revenue growth strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the life sciences or pharmaceuticals industry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications will be an added advantage
