Web Developer - Affiliate Marketing & Traffic Arbitrage

About The Role

We are looking for a Web Developer who has hands-on experience working in or closely with Affiliate Marketing companies, especially in performance marketing environments driven by CPA, CPL, and CPS campaigns.

The ideal candidate should understand how affiliate funnels, landing pages, tracking systems, and traffic arbitrage models work. They should be comfortable building, managing, and optimizing websites or landing pages used for paid traffic, lead generation, and affiliate campaigns.

This role is best suited for someone who has previously worked in affiliate marketing, media buying, lead generation, search arbitrage, or Facebook arbitrage ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize websites, landing pages, advertorials, microsites, and funnels used for affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with media buying / affiliate teams to create high-converting pages for CPA, CPL, and CPS campaigns.
  • Understand and implement tracking parameters, redirects, postbacks, pixel placements, and conversion tracking.
  • Integrate affiliate networks, tracking platforms, forms, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Create landing pages that are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rate.
  • Support campaigns related to:
    • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
    • CPL (Cost Per Lead)
    • CPS (Cost Per Sale)
    • Search Arbitrage
    • Facebook Arbitrage
  • Coordinate with SEO, paid media, and affiliate teams to launch and improve campaigns quickly.
  • Make regular changes to content, layouts, forms, CTAs, and tracking setup based on campaign performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, redirects, pixels, broken pages, lead flow, or campaign integrations.
  • Use basic automation wherever required to reduce manual work.
Required Experience

  • 4-8 years of experience as a Web Developer in an Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing company.
  • Prior exposure to companies working on affiliate offers, media buying, arbitrage, or performance campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of how affiliate campaigns and traffic monetization models work.
  • Practical understanding of:
    • CPA / CPL / CPS models
    • Search Arbitrage
    • Facebook Arbitrage
    • Landing page optimization
    • Conversion tracking and postback URLs
    • UTM parameters and campaign tracking
Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and/or WordPress.
  • Experience in creating and managing landing pages, funnels, and responsive websites.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools, affiliate dashboards, or platforms such as Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, Cake, HasOffers / Tune, Everflow, etc.
  • Understanding of pixels, tags, redirects, cloaking logic, tracking links, and conversion setup.
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Scripts / Google Apps Script, or simple automation workflows would be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and website deployment.

The Right Candidate Will Immediately Understand Terms Like

  • This page is for a CPL campaign
  • We need a search arbitrage landing page with tracking
  • The Facebook arbitrage campaign needs a faster pre-lander
  • Please add postback tracking and automate reporting in Google Sheets

They should not need extensive explanation of how affiliate campaigns, arbitrage traffic, or conversion tracking work.
