Our client is a globally leading manufacturing firm which is looking to transform and scale its operations in the country. At the back of fast growth, they are looking to hire for a strong FP&A manager based in Gurgaon.
Job Description
Reporting into the Vertical Head of FP&A, the responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.
- Evaluate financial performance and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Support senior management with data-driven insights for strategic planning through presentations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A candidate should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance (CA or MBA)
- Experience in MNCs or Large Listed Indian organisations within any manufacturing industry is a must have
- Candidates with an experience range of 5-8 years with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis will be considered
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling, narrative-driven presentations/decks.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools.
