Job Description

Reporting into the Vertical Head of FP&A, the responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Evaluate financial performance and recommend cost optimization strategies.
  • Support senior management with data-driven insights for strategic planning through presentations
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A candidate should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance (CA or MBA)
  • Experience in MNCs or Large Listed Indian organisations within any manufacturing industry is a must have
  • Candidates with an experience range of 5-8 years with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis will be considered
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling, narrative-driven presentations/decks.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools.
