Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on cost optimization and revenue growth strategies.
  • Develop financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all financial activities.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial systems and tools such as Excel and ERP software.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven approach to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
