Overview
Applies knowledge of the Financial Planning and Analysis area to perform tasks and support the management of processes/BUs under limited/no supervision. May influence associates by demonstrating best practices and techniques to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and achievement of functional and organizational standards. Responsible for short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance.
Responsibilities
- This job works under moderate supervision to execute relatively complex tasks for the Financial Planning and Analysis area, specific to Opex applying broad knowledge to perform more complex analysis within area of expertise.
- Collaborates with team members (internal and external) to assess and report market trend analysis and competitive analysis findings.
- Prepares of financial analysis reports, summarizing findings and providing actionable insights to management/BU.
- Conducts in-depth variance analysis and present results to management for review.
- Analyzes productivity and investment trends to provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key financial insights and forecasts.
- Helps streamline area processes, employing and communicating best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to ensure achievement of organizational standards of excellence.
