The opportunity:

Support the analytics function by providing insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting. This role helps drive data-driven decision-making for HE.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Collect and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends
    and variances.
  • Support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis for leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
  • Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives for analytics processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Required master's degree in finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Must have 5-8 years of experience.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
