About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and drivenFP&A Executiveto join our Planning & Business Finance team. In this role, you will support key financial planning activities, assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help deliver insights that enable effective business decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning cycles
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and highlight key insights
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports, MIS, and dashboards
- Work closely with business teams to gather data and assist in financial decision-making
- Support automation and reporting enhancements using Excel and Power BI
- Assist in financial modelling, scenario planning, and performance analysis
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI preferred
- Good communication skills with a collaborative working approach
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 24 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis roles
