Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foundry Quality Assurance Manager based in Hatkanangale. The Foundry Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and manage all quality assurance activities within the foundry. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality control systems, analyzing quality reports, ensuring adherence to quality standards, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating with production teams to address quality issues.

Qualifications

1.Good knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and quality checks

2.Able to find problems, identify root causes, and fix them

2.Experience in production work, foundry operations, and process improvement

4.Good understanding of industry standards, rules, and metallurgy basics

5.Ability to lead, train, and guide team members

6.Can communicate clearly and work well with different teams

7.Able to study quality data and make simple reports

8.Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials, or a related field

9.Experience in a manufacturing or foundry plant is preferred
