Founding UI and Graphics Designer - Remote

About the role

Insyd is looking for a UI Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time and remote role. You will be responsible for designing the user experience on all of Insyd's technology products and the associated marketing materials.

About the company

Not too long ago, India was known for its Architecture, craftsmanship and building materials for being in harmony with nature. The designs were stunning, but in a tranquil way. This ancient art is rapidly losing the battle to modernisation, most of which has to do with poor business practices.

At Insyd, we're helping Indian design firms and material brands grow so that they can take Indian design and materials to the global stage. We're their technology operating system giving them everything they need to run their business, market their products and services, and expand to new markets. Our product portfolio contains software for business insights, communication and relation management tools and intelligent automations.

We're incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, and recognized by Startup India. Our founders are BITS Pilani and SPA engineer-architect duo with 15 years of combined experience with startups and top MNCs. The company is based in Bangalore, but the team is distributed across India.

We're looking for you if you

• Have a professional degree in design
• Have at least 1 year of full-time professional experience, preferably with a startup designing technology experiences for users
• Are proficient with Figma, Illustrator, Balsamiq and Canva
• Love solving real-life problems and can work independently in a high-intensity setting
