Axibator is building a founder-first incubation ecosystem for student founders, first-time entrepreneurs, and grassroots innovators across India. We are on a mission to help young people start scrappy, build fast, and create real impact from campus to community.

What you'll do (Key Responsibilities)
- Drive day-to-day operations for incubation & community programmes
- Work closely with founders, mentors, partners, and student entrepreneur groups
- Coordinate events, workshops, challenges, pitch days and ignite cohorts
- Manage communication, onboarding, and progress of incubated startups
- Build & manage a network of campus ambassadors, communities, and partners
- Support recruitment & execution of Axibator Launchpads across colleges
- Experiment, learn fast, iterate fast, and help scale operations
Who should apply
We are specifically looking for:
- Recent graduates (02 years experience)
- Individuals who have worked in incubation / E-cell / student entrepreneurship
- Aspiring founders or early-stage startup builders
- People who have run college events, clubs, fests, hackathons, or startup weekends
- Those who understand the grassroots entrepreneurship ecosystem
- High-energy, self-driven operators who love building from scratch
Not a fit if:
- You have 5+ years of experience and want a senior corporate role
- You need a fixed salary immediately
- You expect structured, slow, corporate processes
