Role Overview
Osto Cybersecurity is seeking a Founding QA Lead to join our engineering team to ensure robust testing for SaaS platform reliability amid rapid growth. Expect hands-on manual testing (UI/API/security), automation framework design (Selenium, Playwright, GoLang-aligned), and scaling team.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute end-to-end test strategies: manual exploratory, functional, performance, and integration.
- Lead team: hire, mentor juniors, conduct reviews; collaborate with devs on shift-left testing.
- Report defects, track KPIs, and support client demos/VAPT integrations.
- Automate regression/UI/API tests with AI-generated cases from requirements/logs, reducing manual effort by 50-70% in startups
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in QA, 2+ years leading team.Startup/SaaS/Cyber background preferred
- Skills: Manual + automation (Playwright/Selenium, API/Postman); AI tools (testRigor, Applitools, OwlityAI); self-healing, prioritization
- Leadership: End-to-end ownership; hiring/mentoring; Agile/Scrum.
