- Product Communication
- Market Research:
- Audience Segmentation: Identify and understand distinct customer segments.
- Competitive Analysis: Understand competitors, their strengths, weaknesses, and market position.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry shifts, technological advancements, and customer preferences.

- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Craft compelling messages that highlight the product's unique value proposition.
- Tailor messaging for different audience segments and stages in the buyer's journey.
- Feedback Loop:
- Establish channels for collecting feedback from sales, support, and customers.
- Inform the product development process with this feedback to ensure the product remains aligned with market needs.
- Customer Marketing
- Cultivate relationships with happy customers to generate testimonials, case studies, or referrals.
- Engage users with content and campaigns tailored to their specific needs and stage in the customer journey.
- Co-Own Customer Referral Program and NPS with the Customer Success Team
- Sales Enablement
- Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, information, and training to sell the product effectively.
- This may include sales training, crafting sales scripts, or providing competitive battle cards.
- PLG
- Set up the foundation for Product Led Growth with experiments such as Free Trials, Small Decoupled product elements,
- Own end-to-end PLG initiatives, optimize them and set them up to double down for 2025
- 5-9 years of proven track record in Product Marketing, with measurable success in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Been There Done That - chooses to do it again.
- Worked primarily on the North American Market. If primary experience is outside of North America, hard no
- Solid experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, product management, and market research techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
