- We are looking for a Founding Product Designer who will play a key role in defining the design foundation of our product and company.
Role Overview
- As our Founding Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of our product and help establish a world-class user experience.
- You will work directly with founders and engineers to transform early concepts and workflows into polished, production-ready designs. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the visual and experiential direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for our web and desktop platform
- Translate wireframes and product requirements into high-quality UI designs
- Design intuitive workflows for complex product functionality
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library
- Define and evolve the visual language of the product
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineering teams
- Contribute to website and overall product visual presence
Required Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS products
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and real-world design work
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in early-stage startups
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
- Experience designing AI, developer, or technical products
