Role Description

This is an hybrid internship role based in the Greater Chennai Area. As a Founding Intern, you will contribute to building and expanding BAILS platform and ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include operations, conducting market research, supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, assisting with operational tasks, and researching ways to enhance user engagement. You will collaborate closely with the founding team and have a unique opportunity to influence the growth of a startup in the sports-tech sector.

• Knowledge of marketing, digital outreach, and community engagement strategies
• Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong passion for sports, especially cricket, and an understanding of the cricket ecosystem is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment and work collaboratively with a team
• Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
