Entrext is a venture studio builder that is making different products at the intersection of AI and community !

Instead of hiring traditional roles, we are partnering up with founding members who take real ownership of individual products within the platform. Each product has independent growth goals while contributing to the overall ecosystem. At Entrext, we value speed, conviction, and ownership over hierarchy.

Role: Growth Founding Member

As a Growth Founding Member at Entrext, you will choose one product from our five-product platform based on your interests, strengths, and conviction.

Once selected, you will take end-to-end ownership of that product from early validation to launch, growth, and scaling. You will operate as the founder of that product, responsible for its strategy, growth, and commercial success, while collaborating with the broader Entrext team.

This role is for builders who want real responsibility, real upside, and real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Select one product from Entrext's five-product platform and articulate why you believe in it

Define the growth thesis, positioning, and target market for your chosen product

Validate demand through research, experiments, and customer conversations

Own go-to-market strategy, pricing, distribution, and growth loops

Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue metrics

Design and run rapid growth experiments; double down on what works

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams

Use data and customer feedback to iterate, optimize, or pivot

Take full ownership of your product's outcomes upside and downside

What You Bring

Founder or early-stage operator mindset

Strong interest in growth, experimentation, and scaling products

Experience working on or launching digital products (SaaS, platforms, communities, or tools)

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure

High ownership mentality you treat the product as your own company
