About the Role

We're hiring a Founding Engineer someone entrepreneurial, curious, and ambitious enough to help rebuild and scale our product from the inside out.

You'll work directly with the founder, own projects end-to-end, and have full freedom to shape architecture, design systems, and ship features that touch hundreds of global customers.

This is an opportunity to join a company that's already proven the business model and now wants to 10 the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rebuild and scale Wisemonk's product for speed, reliability, and delight
• Architect clean, maintainable systems with high performance and uptime
• Ship features that simplify complex financial and HR workflows for global clients
• Own everything from infra setup to deployment full-stack and beyond
• Experiment fast, work directly with the founder, and influence product direction
• Help define engineering culture and best practices from scratch

Requirements:

• From a top engineering college (IIT, BITS, IIIT, NIT, etc.)
• Have built and deployed real apps used by real people
• Hungry to build, not just code entrepreneurial mindset
• Can handle ambiguity and make independent tech/product decisions
• Care deeply about code quality, performance, and user experience
• Excited to build for scale and for impact, not just polish pixels

This is a work-from-office role based at our headquarters in the heart of Bengaluru. Our office is conveniently located at 43, Nehru Nagar Main Road, Seshadripuram, Bengaluru.
