We're an AI research lab and product development startup in New Delhi building mobile-first consumer AI apps for India's Billion plus mobile users.

Fun, fast, culturally authentic apps that people want to use everyday and we believe that now is the best time to leverage AI to deeply enhance the fun, connection, and community amongst a billion Indians.

We're looking for our first engineer and this is a full-time, in-person role focused on fast experimentation and quick shipping.

What we are looking for

1. You've built and shipped products independently before
2. You use AI tools effectively to move 5-10x faster than traditional computer programming
3. You're comfortable owning problems end-to-end: engineering, product decisions, system design, deployment
4. You thrive in uncertainty and the 0 to 1 phase; you get energy from figuring things out

We're self-funded, opinionated, and moving fast. We ship functional products, experiments weekly because now it is possible and we believe that THAT is what it takes to build a winning product and a commercially successful company.

Rohan - Stanford MBA, BITS Pilani engineer, 7 years building products in the Bay Area (Rippling, Sense), former Government of India.
