ROLE

We're hiring a Founding CTO to architect and build the core backend + AI systems from day one.

IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU IF YES, WILL BE THE ONE THAT YOU'LL ENJOY THE MOST :)

• You'll build from zero → production, not maintain legacy code
• You'll define architecture, patterns, and technical direction
• You'll work on real AI problems tied to measurable business outcomes
• You'll be a true founding team member, not employee #27

WHO FITS WELL

• 5-10 years experience building products in a startup
• Have built something from scratch (0 → 1 matters)
• Strong in Agentic AI frameworks & Python
• Comfortable with ownership, and speed
• Willing to move to Chennai (non-negotiable)
