Role OverviewTEKSPACE is building a structured ecosystem to take ideas from concept → validation → incubation → investment.
We are looking for a Co-Founder – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will take full ownership of brand building, demand generation, and growth strategy from day zero.
This is not a traditional salaried role. This is a founding leadership position where you build the marketing engine alongside the CEO and core team, with equity participation and long-term upside.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning- Define and establish TEKSPACE's brand identity as a premium, structured innovation platform
- Craft messaging aligned with Turning Ideas into Reality
- Build trust-driven positioning for founders, students, and investors
2. Growth & Demand Generation- Design and execute go-to-market strategy
- Build inbound funnels for:
- Idea submissions
- Startup founders
- Students & professionals
- Drive lead generation through digital, partnerships, and offline channels
3. Digital Marketing Execution- Own all digital channels:
- LinkedIn (primary)
- Instagram / YouTube (storytelling)
- Website funnels & landing pages
- Run campaigns: SEO, performance marketing, email automation
4. Community & Ecosystem Building- Build TEKSPACE as a founder & innovator community
- Create engagement loops:
- Events, webinars, workshops
- Startup showcases
- Develop partnerships with colleges, incubators, and networks
5. Product Marketing Alignment- Work closely with CEO and product team to:
- Position idea evaluation platform
- Communicate value of AI-based idea validation
- Translate features into clear user benefits
6. Revenue & Monetization Support- Support design of:
- Pricing strategy
- Conversion funnels
- Drive early-stage revenue experiments
What We're Looking For- Strong background in marketing, growth, or brand building
- Experience in startups, digital-first businesses, or platforms
- Ability to execute independently (0 → 1 stage)
- Strategic thinking + hands-on execution mindset
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- High ownership and long-term commitment mindset
What This Role Is NOT- Not a fixed-salary marketing job
- Not a short-term consulting assignment
- Not a support function
This is a core founding role with real ownership and accountability
Compensation Structure- Equity Participation: (To be discussed – typically 3% to 8% depending on profile)
- Salary: Deferred until:
- Revenue generation OR
- Funding round / positive cash flow
- Vesting Structure:1-year cliff
- 3–4 year vesting
- Performance-linked milestones
