ex-Google engineer with 8+ years of experience building AI products inside Google. Backed by

Role Overview
We are looking for a
Founding AI Engineer who is passionate about building large-scale AI systems from the ground up. This role is not managerialit requires
hands-on coding, experimentation, and deployment. You will help design and implement model training pipelines, experiment with multiple LLMs, and optimize AI workflows for performance and scalability.
This role is ideal for engineers from
IITs or other Tier-1 institutions with a strong background in computer science, deep learning, and applied AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder to build and scale AI model training workflows.
- Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs and other AI/ML models.
- Implement model training pipelines, including data preprocessing, distributed training, and evaluation.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for AI systems (Python/other relevant languages).
- Contribute to system design decisions for building autonomous AI workflows.
- Stay updated with cutting-edge research in AI/ML and apply it to product development.
- Help shape the technical culture of the company as part of the founding team.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 34+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering (open to more senior levels).
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science from IIT or other Tier-1 institutions.
- Proven experience in training and deploying AI models (LLMs, NLP, or related domains).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, etc.).
- Experience with distributed computing, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI workflows.
- Ability to work across languages and platforms (programming language agnostic).
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in training multiple large models (LLMs, transformers, etc.).
- Familiarity with scaling ML workflows on cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or custom infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
- A track record of publishing or contributing to AI/ML projects, open-source libraries, or research papers.
