- Experience: 5+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems in production
- Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to logistics, supply chain, or fleet optimization

- Scalable Data Pipelines (Spark, Kafka, or similar)
- MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD for ML)

About the Role
We're building the next generation of intelligent logistics infrastructure AI systems that optimize fleets, predict demand, and automate decision-making at scale.
As the Founding AI Architect, you'll design and lead the architecture, training pipelines, and deployment of production-grade machine learning models that power real-world logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML architectures for forecasting and logistics optimization.
- Develop production-grade, real-time inference systems for large-scale data.
- Build scalable training pipelines and establish MLOps workflows for retraining and monitoring.
- Integrate ML models into operational systems and cloud APIs.
- Define the AI/ML technical roadmap and make core architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business goals into AI-driven outcomes.
- Mentor the AI/ML team and drive best practices in experimentation and model governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in operations research, applied mathematics, or optimization.
- Experience with simulation modeling, geospatial data, or network optimization.
- Published research or open-source work related to forecasting, logistics, or optimization.
- Strong understanding of modern ML architectures and scalable production systems.
