Role Overview
We are hiring our Founding Account Executive to own the complete sales journey end to end. This person will be responsible for building the initial go to market motion, closing early customers, and working directly with the founders to shape sales strategy from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has built something from zero to one and understands how to sell complex products to technical buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Own end to end B2B sales from finding potential customers to closing deals and follow ups
Drive outbound sales focused on funded startups, primarily in the US market
Run discovery calls, demos, and technical walkthroughs with founders and technical teams
Close deals through fast, consultative sales cycles
Maintain CRM data, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
Share customer feedback with founders to shape positioning, pricing, and product
Represent Osto at startup events, accelerators, and VC networks
What You Bring
6 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
Strong experience selling to US customers, this is a big plus
Tier 1 or Tier 2 college background preferred
Proven experience owning end to end sales
Experience building or scaling a sales motion from scratch, zero to one experience is critical
Comfortable selling to technical buyers including founders, CTOs, and DevOps teams
Strong storytelling, objection handling, and consultative selling skills
Hustler mindset with high ownership, curiosity, and bias for action
