The Role: Commercial Founder

We're hiring our first dedicated sales hire a founding-level Account Executive who will shape our go-to-market motion from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the founder to identify opportunities, run discovery-led conversations with product leaders, and convert pilot interest into recurring revenue.

This is a consultative, storytelling-driven roleperfect for someone who deeply understands product management and wants to help teams build better products.

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced Product Managers, Product Operations leaders, or Solutions Consultants ready to leverage their domain expertise to build a world-class commercial engine.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed deal targeting Heads of Product, PMOs, and Transformation leaders.
  • Lead discovery calls that uncover customer pain, not just feature requests.
  • Deliver thoughtful demos, workshops, and pilot designs that show business impact.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through warm outreach and community engagement.
  • Work with marketing to develop case studies, webinars, and playbooks.
  • Collect customer insights to influence product and GTM strategy.
  • Define and refine the sales process, CRM hygiene, and reporting cadence.

What We're Looking For

  • 4 + years in B2B SaaS sales or consulting, ideally in product management, agile, or DevOps tooling.
  • Deep understanding of how product teams work bonus if you've been a PM, Agile Coach, or Solutions Consultant.
  • A network among product leaders, transformation heads, or Atlassian ecosystem partners.
  • Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable selling an early-stage, evolving product you can create structure where none exists.
  • Bias for learning, experimentation, and long-term relationships over quick wins.
