Responsibilities

TKC Foods is a fast-growing Frozen Food brand in Bangalore. We are hiring a Founders staff in operations to assist top management to execute day-to-day chores and focus on short-term targets.

1. Ensuring smooth operations including backend, website management, timeline management, and communications

2. Providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention

3. Ensures that all operational areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guest experience

4. Monitor and coordinate with chefs and the relevant stakeholders

5. Facilitate the cross-functional teams in launching new projects

6. Monitor and executive daily operational tasks including data entry, payments, report making, documentation

7. Providing support and real-time assistance in cases where there are breakdowns, technical glitches, and last-minute changes

8. Identifies and analyzes operational challenges and facilitates the development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence

9. Makes and executes key decisions to keep property moving forward towards the achievement of goals.

Operations Executive Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the respective field of Operations

2. Graduation is a must. MBA is desirable

3. Expert in working on MS excel

4. Has considerable experience working on Google Sheets

5. Proactive in daily activities and an efficient multitasker

6. Should be fast and accurate in data entry

7. Need to possess a strong proclivity towards research

8. Strong logic and analytical skills will be appreciated
