Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and sharp Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder/Leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution across business priorities, enabling leadership to focus on strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execution & Task Management

Track key business initiatives and ensure timely execution
Follow up with teams (marketing, operations, product, finance) on deliverables
Prepare daily/weekly task trackers and updates

2. Business Coordination

Assist in cross-functional coordination across departments
Support product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders

3. Data & Reporting

Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets)
Analyze basic business metrics (sales, inventory, performance)
Maintain structured documentation of key decisions and processes

4. Personal & Administrative Support

Handle travel planning, scheduling, and logistics
Manage confidential information with discretion
Assist in personal errands if required (startup environment flexibility)

5. Calendar & Communication Management

Manage and optimize the Founder's calendar, meetings, and priorities
Coordinate internal and external communication (emails, calls, follow-ups)
Act as a gatekeeper and ensure time is spent on high-impact activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

1–3 years experience as Executive Assistant / MIS / Operations role
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
High ownership and execution mindset

Good-to-Have

Experience in startup / e-commerce environment
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or D2C operations
Basic understanding of business metrics
