We're looking for asales-driven operatorto join theand help scale client acquisition. You'll getready-to-go, high-intent B2B lead lists companies that already match our target profile and your mission will be toconvert those leads into paying clients.
You'll work directly with the Founder, experiment with new outreach tactics, and help build a predictable sales engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves chasing leads, closing deals, and learning business strategy along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage theentire B2B sales cyclefrom outreach to closure
- Runpersonalized outbound campaignsvia email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Work onhigh-quality lead listscurated by the Founder and partnerships team
- Identify client needs, tailor pitches, andconvert qualified leads into meetings and deals
- Use sales tools likeHubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and Instantlyto track and optimize performance
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams toensure smooth onboarding and handoff
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience inB2B sales, business development, or startup founder's officeroles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills especially incold email and LinkedIn outreach
- Hands-on experience withCRM and automation tools(HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
- High ownership mindset you chase leads, follow up, and close independently
- Data-driven and proactive in testing messaging and improving conversion rates
Nice to Have
- Experience sellingprofessional services, recruiting, or marketing solutions
- Comfort withinternational client communication (US, UK, Singapore, ANZ)
