We are 50+ member team with 45 folks in our Plant in Odisha. We are building a business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people.
ROLES -
- Automation of existing process using AI, Excel Tools & Common sense
- Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities for new ecommerce channels and lead 0-to-1 execution
- Execution of high-impact projects (product launches, customer Experience, Website optimization, Packaging etc.).
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive efficiency
- Strategy and execution of Influencer marketing
- Assist in building brand presence and maintaining partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Any qualification (as long as you're smart, have done execution)
- 1 Year experience in D2C or prior Startup execution roles experience at a fast paced startup.
- Should demonstrate intellectual curiosity and first-principles thinking approach
