Role Overview
We are hiring students and early professionals who want hands-on exposure to startup sales, B2B outreach, and deal closing, while earning performance-based income.
This is a structured, guided, and flexible role designed to help you build real-world sales capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured B2B outreach (calls/WhatsApp/email/LinkedIn)
- Introduce Prustlr's product line to potential partners
- Coordinate sampling
- Follow up using provided frameworks
- Close small-ticket B2B orders
- Maintain basic lead tracking
Compensation Structure
- 510% commission on confirmed order value
- Commission paid on every successful closure
- No joining fee. No hidden costs.
- This is a pure performance-based earning opportunity.
