About Prustlr

Prustlr is a Delhi-based health & wellness startup building India's first monk-fruit infused protein oats brand, available in five caf-style flavours. We operate at the intersection of functional nutrition, clean ingredients, and modern consumer convenience.

As an early-stage venture, we are actively building B2B distribution partnerships across cafs, corporate offices, hostels, gyms, and retail touchpoints.

Role Overview

We are hiring students and early professionals who want hands-on exposure to startup sales, B2B outreach, and deal closing, while earning performance-based income.

This is a structured, guided, and flexible role designed to help you build real-world sales capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured B2B outreach (calls/WhatsApp/email/LinkedIn)
  • Introduce Prustlr's product line to potential partners
  • Coordinate sampling
  • Follow up using provided frameworks
  • Close small-ticket B2B orders
  • Maintain basic lead tracking

Compensation Structure

  • 510% commission on confirmed order value
  • Commission paid on every successful closure
  • No joining fee. No hidden costs.
  • This is a pure performance-based earning opportunity.
