Job title: Founders Office Intern- B2B Channel
Location: Pune
Duration: 3 months
Role Purpose
Support the Channel in lead generation, outreach, proposal support, order coordination, and customer servicing to drive revenue through corporate/enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Build a list of target companies (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, CX teams).
- Do outbound prospecting via email/LinkedIn/calls and qualify leads (budget, timeline, quantity, occasion).
- Maintain a clean CRM/lead tracker with next actions and follow-up dates.
Pitching & Proposal Support
- Support creation of gifting options by occasion: festivals, onboarding kits, annual meets, conferences, client gifting.
- Assist with quotations, catalogs, presentations, and sample planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customization options (branding, packaging, inserts).
Order Execution & Coordination
- Track end-to-end order flow: sample approvals → PO confirmation → production → dispatch → delivery.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics for timelines, address lists, and delivery confirmation.
- Handle basic client communication for updates, changes, and post-delivery feedback.
Market & Product Insights
- Research corporate gifting trends, competitor offerings, pricing ranges, and packaging ideas.
- Identify new corporate gifting use-cases and suggest bundles.
Deliverables:
- Number of qualified leads generated weekly.
- Meetings/requirements captured and documented correctly.
- Proposal/quotation TAT (turnaround time) and accuracy.
- Order coordination SLA adherence (on-time dispatch, minimal errors).
- Conversion support: lead → sample → PO progression.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).

- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and basic selling conversations.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets + PowerPoint/Slides.
