Job Summary
We maintain a strategic partnership with a leading enterprise technology provider that operates a tiered partner program like a loyalty model where partners earn points and benefits by meeting defined performance, delivery, growth, and impact criteria. The Technology Partner Program Analyst will be responsible for deeply understanding the partner program requirements, assessing our current standing, and helping define and execute a clear plan to progress to the highest possible partnership tier. This role is execution-oriented and ideal for someone who enjoys structure, analysis, and turning program requirements into actionable plans.
This role ensures we are intentionally managing the partnership, rather than reacting to it and positions the organization to consistently operate at the highest level within the partner ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner Program Analysis & Strategy Support
- Conduct a detailed review of partner program requirements, scoring models, and tier qualification criteria.
- Develop a clear understanding of what activities drive tier progression and benefits.
- Assess current performance against requirements and identify gaps.
- Support leadership in defining a practical roadmap to reach and maintain top-tier partner status.
Scorecard, Metrics & Tracking
- Maintain tracking of partner program metrics, activities, and submissions.
- Build and manage simple dashboards or trackers to show:
- Current position vs. target tier
- Completed vs. outstanding requirements
- Risks and upcoming deadlines
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and areas requiring attention.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with internal teams across delivery, sales, marketing, and HR to:
- Gather required data and evidence for partner program participation
- Ensure activities are properly documented and submitted
- Define new processes to support internal coordination and milestone management
- Act as a central coordination point to prevent missed opportunities or expired requirements.
Enablement & Program Operations
- Maintain internal documentation explaining:
- How the partner program works
- What actions contribute to tier advancement
- Who owns each requirement internally
- Monitor partner program updates, changes, and communications.
- Translate program updates into clear internal action items.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner standing with minimal additional effort.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline tracking, submissions, and compliance.
- Help ensure partner program participation becomes repeatable, predictable, and low friction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to technology partner programs or alliances
- Experience supporting scorecards, KPIs, or compliance programs
- Familiarity with CRM systems or partner portals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once ramped
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Operations, Management, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Business operations
- Marketing operations
- Partner support
- Consulting or PMO-type roles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with structured programs, rules, and metrics
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools
