We're Hiring: Founder's Office Intern Luxury Hospitality | UMBR

AtUMBR, we're building an experiential hospitality brand focused ondesign-led stays, thoughtful service, and memorable guest experiencesacross India.

We're looking for aFounder's Office Intern (Hospitality)who has been trained in hotel operations and wants to go beyond traditional rolesintostrategy, brand-building, and execution at the founder level.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

- Students or recent graduates fromHotel Management / Hospitality Schools (IHMs, private hotel schools, or international hospitality programs)

- Individuals who understandluxury service standards, guest experience, and hotel operations

- Those curious about howhotels are conceptualised, launched, branded, and scaled (Hotel school background is strongly preferred.)

What You'll Work On

- Work closely with theFounder's Officeon strategic hospitality initiatives

- Assist innew property evaluation, concept development, and brand positioning

- Supportpre-opening activities, SOP structuring, and service design

- Coordinate withoperations, design, marketing, and on-ground hotel teams

- Preparepresentations, internal reports, and investor decks

- Help translate luxury hospitality ideas intoon-ground execution

What We're Looking For

- Strong grounding inhospitality operations & guest experience

- Excellentcommunication, presentation, and attention to detail

- Comfortable withExcel, PowerPoint, and structured thinking

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action

- Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-expectation environment
