Role Description

The Founders Office Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will work closely with the founders on strategic projects, assist in analyzing market trends, conduct research, and participate in cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating with multiple teams to support business operations, ideating new processes, and contributing to key decision-making activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to core business functions and directly impacts organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in communication, with excellent writing and presentation abilities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of business strategy or operations with a strong interest in startups, e-commerce, or the interior design industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other productivity tools is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a dynamic team environment.
• Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Design, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
