Type:Internship (Full-Time, 6 days/week, 10 hours/day | Minimum 3 months)

Stipend:20,000/month

This is a 3month, fulltime onsite internship with a clear path to a fulltime role based on performance, & strong chance to become the founding member of Dharmik. The role would be focused on branding and content, but would also be touching other domains including minor customer calling to understand customers.

We're a spiritual lifestyle startup led by anIIT Roorkee 19 graduate. Achieved 15x growth in 3 months to 2Cr+ revenue run rate. Backed by founders of Bewakoof, Palmonas & Upside Learning, ex CTO of slice, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, Stanford, Harvard alums looking to scale rapidly in 2026.As we close our pre-seed round, we're looking for amarketing and social rockstarto work directly with the founder.

Responsibilities

As a founders office Intern focused on branding and content, your work will be diverse and impactful. You'll be responsible for bringing creativity with high ownership, covering but not limited to the below:

• Own Instagram/Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social handles.
• Plan what products to feature and what stories to tell across Reels and posts.
• Write strong hooks and scripts for founder-led, UGC-style, and AI-generated videos.
• Coordinate with the video editor to turn scripts into high-impact creatives.
• Self record some content during the day either individually or along with the team, and post it on our social media handles.
• Engage with comments/DMs and talk to customers to mine insights for new ideas.

To summarise, understand the pain points of customers that our products are solving, and put it into stories through different form of content with which people can resonate, and a brand could be formed over the years, keeping creativity and ownership as the first principles.

What We Offer

• Stipend: Rs 20,000 per month
• EndtoEnd Ownership:You won't just post on Instagram; you'll own the full funnel from idea creative ad revenue, based on inputs from the founder.
• Growth Opportunity:As we scale, this role can grow into Head of Brand/ Growth / Creative. Last 2 interns became founding members within 4 months, with one being promoted to Chief of Staff.
• Life at Dharmik:We're a closeknit crew working from a villa in Gurgaon with office on the ground floor think startup crashpad meets family, where you ship hard, learn fast, and have fun together. By Feb 26 we'll be a small, tight team of 89 people.

Requirements

• Some impactful experience in social media / content creation through full time /part time job or interns.
• Experience of leading growth of a early stage brand is a strong plus
• Haven a strong personal instagram handle is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of what makes a Reel/ad work: hooks, messaging, first 3 seconds, offers.
• Comfortable writing scripts, captions, and briefs for creators and editors.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, basic analytics (Ads Manager, GA, Sheets), and AI tools for content.
• High ownership, bias to action, and willingness to iterate quickly based on data.
• Should be comfortable in taking lead to feature and narrate stories in front of camera for the brand.
• Humble and patience, to connect with customers in the right way
