About the role

We're hiring for a Founders Office, GTM and Brand role at KushoAI.

This is a high-ownership role working directly with the founding team to shape how KushoAI is positioned with customers, developers, investors, and future teammates. You'll help define and execute our external narrative as the company scales, across content, community, partnerships, events, and brand campaigns.

We're intentional about how we show up. This role is for someone who combines strong judgment with hands-on execution, and is comfortable representing the company publicly across formats and forums.

What you'll work on

• Shaping KushoAI's external narrative across all outward-facing touchpoints
• Partnering closely with the founders on external communication and positioning
• Building consistent visibility with enterprise buyers and senior engineering leaders, as well as within the developer communities that use KushoAI
• Creating and distributing content with a clear point of view that builds trust over time
• Leading and executing selective ATL marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, event-led visibility, and offline presence where it makes sense
• Turning real customer usage into strong stories, case studies, and references
• Working with agencies, partners, creators, and communities to extend reach and credibility
• Planning and executing events, meetups, talks, panels, or community touchpoints
• Representing KushoAI on stage, on camera, and in live or recorded formats when needed
• Collaborating with design and product to build high-quality online and offline brand assets
• Exploring partnerships and distribution ideas that help KushoAI reach the right audience

Who this role is for

This role is for someone who enjoys building from zero to one and is comfortable being close to the action. You should have strong judgment, clear communication skills, and the confidence to carry ideas publicly.

You enjoy writing, know how to hold attention, and are comfortable speaking on camera or in front of live audiences. You care about how things land, and you're at ease representing a product and its founders in conversations, content, and community settings.

You prefer doing the work yourself rather than coordinating large teams, and you take ownership end to end.

What we're looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A clear point of view and the ability to express it well, both in writing and in person
• Good design sense and attention to detail
• Experience building or growing an audience, community, or brand presence over time
• Comfort speaking on camera, at events, or in customer and community forums
• Ability to work closely with founders and represent the company externally
• High ownership mindset and bias toward execution

Experience with B2B SaaS, developer tools, or early-stage startups is a plus, but not required.
