About The Role
The
Founders Office Associate will work directly with the founder on
high-impact strategic initiatives across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to learn
how a startup is built from zero to scale.
You will be involved in areas such as
go-to-market strategy, AI and automation systems, fundraising preparation, strategic partnerships, and product innovation.
This is not a typical role you will be expected to
think like a founder and execute like an operator.
Key Responsibilities 1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
- Assist in building launch strategies for wellness programs and products
- Design experiments to test market demand
- Work on customer acquisition funnels and early traction strategies
- Analyze data from campaigns and suggest improvements
- Support partnerships with institutions, wellness experts, and communities
- AI & Automation Systems
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools and automation to streamline operations
- Build automated workflows for marketing, CRM, operations, and research
- Experiment with AI-driven content, analytics, and internal productivity tools
- Improve efficiency across departments using technology
- Fundraising Support
- Help prepare investor decks, financial projections, and market research
- Identify and build lists of investors, angel networks, and family offices
- Support the founder in outreach and relationship management
- Track fundraising conversations and follow-ups
- Strategic Networking
- Build relationships with startup founders, wellness experts, investors, and ecosystem partners
- Identify opportunities for collaborations and partnerships
- Represent the company in startup communities and networking groups
- Research, Innovation & Product Thinking
- Conduct research on wellness trends, technology innovations, and consumer behavior
- Identify new product or service opportunities
- Assist in designing pilot programs and experimental wellness initiatives
- Help build frameworks, training modules, and intellectual property
